Customer Collection Point, Sales Office

Available Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.

Save time and effort with our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your botanical tea online and

collect them from our stores. Currently this service is only available in Sales Office, as our other retailers

remain temporarily closed due to Covid-19.

Where should you go to collect your order?
Your order will be waiting to be collected from our dedicated Customer Collection point on the Sales Office.

Collection point opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and your photo ID, such as a passport or driving license.

Any orders overdue by more than 4 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a

refund of your order.
